It was a warm summers day in August at the beginning of a new decade the “60’s.” What a great time to be born in an era where women were exploring more freedoms and breaking new barriers for civil rights. In 1958, Boeing introduced the Boeing 707 jet which flew around the world with 141 passengers, in twelve days and stopped in ten countries. The “60’s ushered in more aviation innovations such as the Boeing 727 and the best airplane by far, the Boeing 474. Little did I know that these events would become part of my life one day. Adventure, curiosity and the love of travel has always been in my blood. I was destined to become a Pan Am Stewardess a.k.a. Flight Attendant.
